Hey everyone Vai Capoeira will be hosting a free workshop this
Wednesday March 5th at: The Sanctuary www.phillysanctuary.com 2737 Cambridge Str Philadelphia PA 7:30 PM The Workshop will focus on movement and strengthening for the game of capoeira and in your life. Instructor Chipa Cabra will be in attendance. A definate must! Vai Capoeira is affiliated with Braziian Pelourinho da Topazio an academy known for it's strong crisp movements and dynamic style.
